Update!

So I would like to apologize about the lack of consistency lately [especially since I let the queue get empty again] but it’s mostly because : I’ve had a kind of busy week between babysitting my cousins, having a job interview, and interring my grandmas ashes; a lack of motivation to go into game and take screenshots for the posts I have drafted, etc.

For Black Widow, I do have some posts drafted, as well as a lot of story written out, I just don’t know what kind of screenshots would work for the story

For Hargrove Legacy, I’m thinking of doing a time jump. I thought it would be cool to have a backstory for why Kaylee decided to go live on their own and stuff, but I’m just not interested in the high school gameplay for them…so, maybe a time jump is in order.

Just thought I would let y’all know what’s going on 🙂

hello. my name is avery. i’m new to the simblr community and i’ll mainly post edits even though i’m complete shit at them. if you post sims 4 & 3 edits, gameplay, or are generally active, please reblog. i would love to follow you and get more acquainted with the community. i’m weibo trash, potter fanatic and like listening to sad music so I can pretend to be deep and insightful. i don’t know why i’m doing with my life, but i’m nice so if you ever want to talk please do.

Hi lovely

Matais was about to leave when he turned around

M: Athena, we’ll find him. If it’s the last thing I do, I’ll find him.

It took a second for Athena to remember why Matais was there. Luckily, he thought it was her just getting lost in memories of her missing husband.

A: Thank you, Matais. I know you’ll find him. And I’ll see you at parent group.

*phone buzzes*

M: Damn, when did it get so late?

A: What do you mean?

M: That’s a text from the nanny, she’s wondering why I’m so late.

A: Oh, you should get home then.

M: Yeah…hey, Athena? I’m part of a parent group here in Willow Creek, I was wondering if maybe you wanted to join?

A: Sure.

They spent a long time talking about nothing in particular, Matais had forgotten why he was there. He just enjoyed talking to Athena, he enjoyed it in a way he hadn’t felt since Luz died.

It had been a few hours when he got a text from Parker’s afterschool nanny asking where he was, and he realized just how late it was.

A: Oh, it was fine. She told me about how her daddy was the new detective in town. I kind of wanted to meet you…I just wish it was under better circumstances.

M: Look, Athena, I know what’s it’s like to lose the person you love. My wife died a few years back and I fell into a really dark place for awhile. When I came out of it, I decided to move Parker and I out here.

A: She mentioned that. [small smile]

M: I really need to teach that girl about oversharing with strangers.

A: [laughs] I thought she was sweet.

Don’t ever hesitate. Reblog this. TUMBLR RULE. When you see it, REBLOG IT.

Nature is scary

I’d just like to say, with the west coast on fire and hurricane irma approaching florida, please be safe. If officials say to evacuate, listen to them. Do not just sit and wait it out. Irma is the fiercest hurricane on record with two more storms brewing in its wake. The fires in the west are not going to be contained any time soon…just be careful out there lovelies.
