Bethany started crying while momma Athena was getting her yoga on, so Gavin stepped up to do a lil dadding.
To get back in shape after giving birth (like she really needs to, but ok grl, you do you) Athena started to try some yoga.
That downward dog isn’t so hot, but that side plank looks promising, I sure as hell can’t do it.
